Andréa Rabe PWS holds an M.S. degree in Botany from Washington State University and a B.S. degree in genetics and anthropology from the University of California Davis. Andréa serves as our senior environmental consultant and provides project management for all projects. She is a Professional Wetland Scientist and member of the Society for Wetland Scientists. She is in charge of NEPA compliance, wetland mitigation implementation and monitoring, restoration projects and environmental permitting. Andréa is proficient in plant identification, wetland restoration and knowledgeable of environmental regulations and the permitting process. |

Gordon Lemmel holds a B.A. and an M.L.A. in Landscape Architecture with a graduate certificate in Organizational Dynamics from University of Idaho. Gordon provides natural resource planning and design, as well as GIS mapping services. His design and mapping responsibilities include northern California and Oregon. |

Kasie Duren holds an AGS in general studies and is working toward a BS in Information Technology Accounting from Oregon Institute of Technology. She is responsible for fiscal management of projects and contract compliance. |
